EXCHANGE POLICIES :

All sales are final, exchanges must be made within 10 business days.

A receipt showing products purchased from LuxurLiv must accompany all exchanges.

Material that has been installed cannot be exchanged.

All marble and granite products exchanges require a 5% restocking fee of the total purchase, for cleaning, polishing, and packaging.

An additional 5% fee will be charged for pickup of exchanged merchandise.

Management has the right to refuse any exchanges.

CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDERS :

A 20% non-refundable down payment is required for custom ordered products. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival product(s).

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required for all stone work. The remaining balance must be paid after the installation is completed by LUXURLIV.
